The aerators are often found at the tip of modern water taps_ they can be simply screwed onto the head of the tap. Water treatment aerators are the device used in the process of absorbing oxygen and other gases from the air which is called aeration. The aerators are often found at the tip of modern water taps_ they can be simply screwed onto the head of the tap. Even aerating at 1 or 2 mg/L over the dissolved oxygen setpoint can be extremely wasteful.
